The World Academy of Sustainable Development (WAOSD), headquartered in Hong Kong, is an international scientific organization dedicated to addressing global issues. Its mission is to promote the comprehensive development of biodiversity conservation, climate change response, and public health, as well as to facilitate international dialogue, scientific exchange, and cooperation. Its mission is to tackle the triple crises facing humanity: the biodiversity crisis, the climate crisis, and the public health crisis, through scientific research, international cooperation, and global environmental governance. The vision of WAOSD is to establish a global scientific community that is jointly committed to maintaining the ecological balance of the Earth and creating a sustainable living environment for future generations.
