It equips them with practical tools and leadership skills to effectively manage operational teams and ensure efficient service delivery in the water and sanitation sector.The course emphasizes improved oversight of water and wastewater treatment plants, aiming to enhance performance, strengthen community relations, and help organizations meet service targets. Participants will explore core supervisory functions—planning, organizing, leading, and controlling—while addressing key sector challenges such as declining work quality, equipment misuse, delayed reporting, uncooperative staff, poor infrastructure maintenance, and weak revenue collection systems. The training blends classical management concepts with sector-specific solutions for impactful leadership
