It guides participants through practical steps to ensure MEAL data is effectively utilized for informed decision-making, adaptive learning, and accountability. Special attention is given to the application of MEAL in sanitation management, highlighting how evidence-based approaches can strengthen service delivery, improve public health outcomes, and support inclusive WASH programming.
