University of Ebolowa Welcomes its 4th Cohort of Master’s Programs in Non-sewered Sanitation
The Higher Institute of Agriculture, Forestry, Water and the Environment (ISABEE) at the University of Ebolowa, Cameroon, an academic partner of the Global Sanitation Graduate School Regional Hub for West, Central and Indian Ocean Africa (GSGS RH-WCIOA), officially welcomed its 4th cohort of International Master’s Programs in Non-sewred Sanitation.
This new cohort, comprised of twelve students, was welcomed by the Institute’s Director, Professor Philippe Kosma, and his teaching staff. Through this program, students benefit from a structured academic framework and specialized training designed to address the current challenges in the sanitation sector. The Master’s Program in Non-sewered Sanitation is part of a broader effort to strengthen the technical and scientific skills necessary for developing sanitation solutions adapted to African contexts. By joining this program, these professionals are preparing to contribute to improving sanitation services by implementing innovative approaches tailored to local realities.
Through its partnership with GSGS RH WCIOA, the University of Ebolowa is actively participating in the training of a new generation of professionals capable of supporting public policies and initiatives aimed at sustainably improving sanitation systems in the region.
On this occasion, the Regional Director of GSGS RH WCIOA, Professor Harinaivo Anderson Andrianisa, extends his encouragement to this new cohort and the entire teaching team, wishing them every success in their academic pursuits.
