The SFSS fee of Rp. 200.000/yr per customer need to be applied to additional customers so that the income (benefits) increases every year and can cover the NPV value less than zero. Viewed from the social aspect, the results of interviews with customers showed that 50% of customers expressed the need for sanitation education at the start of the process.
