Direct observations and interviews were used to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the pre- collection process. Our analysis revealed that SIVOIRCO company mainly hires men for human resources and only uses three tricycles, three shovels, three rakes, and thirteen chests. The distribution of service equipment in several neighborhoods has a significant inequalities, resulting in the abandonment of 25% of domestic slod waste. Although, SIVOIRCO’s pre-collection efficiency is impressive, the lack of equipment results in partial coverage and household dissatisfaction
