The postgraduate program was established in 2022 and is delivered by UTEC – Universidad Tecnológica del Uruguay with support of IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, under the framework of the Global Sanitation Graduate School (GSGS). The progam, led by the GSGS Regional Hub Director, Prof. Hector Garcia, is the first postgraduate program on City-wide Inclusive Sanitation (CWIS) in Latin America. In addition, a new batch of 35 students in the program started a few months ago, so we are looking forward to more celebrations in the future.
The GSGS takes this opportunity to congratulate all gradutes from this program on their achievement, and to thank the UTEC team, lecturers, and leadership, IHE Delft lecturers, and all individuals and organizations who made this program such a formidable success.
