ENPHO and GSGS partner to strengthen sanitation in the South and Southeast Asia

The Global Sanitation Graduate School Regional Hub South and Southeast Asia (GSGS RH SSEA) has entered into a strategic partnership with the Environment and Public Health Organization (ENPHO) to advance inclusive and sustainable sanitation solutions in the region.

During his visit to Kathmandu, Prof. Dr. Tanvir Ahmed, Regional Hub Director of GSGS RH SSEA, formalized the collaboration with Ms. Bhawana Sharma, Executive Director of ENPHO, who signed the Partnership Agreement on behalf of the organization.

The meeting emphasized ENPHO’s role as a key supporting partner of the GSGS program. Discussions, led by Prof. Tanvir, focused on bridging policy and practice, ensuring grassroots representation, and driving community-based implementation.

Also present were Mr. Rajendra Shrestha and Mr. Ashkumar Khaitu, who contributed to the constructive dialogue. This collaboration is expected to strengthen governance, equity, and inclusivity in advancing GSGS initiatives across South and Southeast Asia.
