The Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP) Keputih in Surabaya City receives about 100 m3 of faecal sludge per day (25% of its capacity). The reediness of the FSTP to receive additional load through the Scheduled Faecal Sludge Services (SFSS) delivery was the focus of this study. if implement in Surabaya. Sukolilo District was chosen for the SFSS due to the proximity of the suction and disposal locations so that the costs incurred are relatively affordable for the community. The plant assessment was done on three aspects, namely technical, social, and financial. The results show the level of service at the FSTP Keputih currently only covers the city of Surabaya by about 1.4%. Based on the SFSS feasibility analysis carried out with a pilot project in Sukolilo of 1%, and the population growth of the City of Surabaya, it is found that the plant will reach the full capacity in 2039. Based on the results of the feasibility analysis from the social aspect found that 86% of respondents supported the SFSS program, and the financial results show that SFSS in Sukolilo is feasible to implement.
