ADBI and GSGS partner to foster sustainable and inclusive growth in developing countries

The Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI), the Tokyo-based think tank of the Asian Development Bank, has agreed to collaborate with Global Sustainable Growth Solutions (GSGS) to support developing countries with actionable research, capacity building, and practical solutions that foster sustainable and inclusive growth.
This collaboration will be especially impactful for GSGS regional hubs in Asia, where ADBI’s expertise will help strengthen knowledge-sharing networks and enhance the delivery of context-specific solutions. In addition, several of ADBI’s water and sanitation courses will be integrated into GSGS programs, further promoting South-to-South exchange of knowledge and experience among partner countries.
“We are excited to welcome ADBI as a partner,” said Prof. Brdjanovic, GSGS Global Director. “Their research excellence and capacity-building programs are highly complementary to our mission of accelerating sustainable development and empowering local communities.”
Dr. Natia Parekhelashvili, Capacity Building and Training Associate at ADBI added: “By collaborating with GSGS, we can amplify the reach and impact of ADBI’s knowledge work, ensuring that innovative and practical solutions are accessible to the countries that need them most.”
Through this partnership, ADBI and GSGS aim to expand opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and learning across Asia and beyond, contributing to a stronger foundation for sustainable growth.
